E-Bike Retrofits and Assembly

Blue Ridge Cyclery can retrofit your current bike with an e-bike kit from Amazon or elsewhere. The cost is $500 in addition to the e-bike kit of your choosing. This includes installation of all parts from the kit onto an existing bicycle and this fee is for the first four hours of technician time. Any time beyond four hours is billed at a $120 per hour advanced technician rate. It does not cover follow up work, troubleshooting, or modifications to frame, fork, or other components. Any additional troubleshooting can be conducted at the $120/hr rate.

Note: In no way do we warrant, endorse, recommend, or guarantee any bicycle for e-bike conversion and the selection of the items and the end final product are entirely at the kit purchaser's discretion and risk. It's far better to buy a bike pre-assembled that was designed to be an e-bike by a reputable manufacturer. We have a great selection here.
