100 Mile Course

The 100 mile course provides amazing views with a challenge, approximately 5,500ft. of elevation change.  

**Please note – Elliptical (stand up) bikes are not permitted on the 100 mile course.

60 Mile Course

The 60 mile course offers a few more rolling hills, and a couple of technical climbs for interest.  Approximately 3,700 feet of elevation change.

30 Mile Course

The 30 mile course has some rolling hills and great scenery with approximately 1,500 feet of elevation change.

REST STOPS

For 2024 there will be Rest Stops & Water Stops provided.

Rest Stops will have Water, electrolyte drinks, pre-packaged foods, and portable toilets.

Water Stops will have Water only.

Rest Stops are scheduled approximately every 25 miles. Water / sports drinks and snacks will be provided for each participant.  All rest stops will have outdoor portable toilets and hand sanitizer.

Majority of food items at the rest stops will be pre-packaged and self-serve, along with banana and oranges.
Water & electrolyte drinks will be available at every rest stop
