Blue Ridge Cyclery Return Policy:
Products purchased in our retail stores or online from blueridgecyclery.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. All return items must have original receipt and be in new condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories accompanying in a non-damaged condition.
All special-order items, custom products, gift cards, sale/clearance items, membership dues, service items and service charges, consumable or perishable goods are non-returnable. Additionally, any item in a used condition or that that has been damaged is not returnable or may incur a restocking fee. Items covered under or eligible for warranty are non-refundable.
Bicycles in a used condition may be traded in towards the purchase of a new bicycle or other in-store products or services.
Credit card refunds will be issued only back to the same credit card used at the time of purchase. If for any reason the original Credit Card is not available, the balance will be placed either onto account or onto a Blue Ridge Cyclery gift card for use at a later time. Credit Card purchases CAN NOT be refunded as either a check or cash at any time or for any reason. All check purchases and any cash purchases over $150 needing refund will have a check issued within 10 days of payment clearing.
We reserve the right to refuse service, refund, or exchange with or without receipt for any reason.
Bontrager 30-Day Guarantee:
The Bontrager 30-Day program is valid for aftermarket items purchased either in one of our stores or at blueridgecyclery.com. These items even in a used condition will be honored for refund or exchange as the spirit of this program is a valid test ride experience to determine if the product meets your needs and you are satisfied with it. Included in this program are eligible Bontrager apparel, helmets, components, and accessories. Original equipment included on a bicycle is not eligible in this program. Ask any store associate for details.

Note: Orders usually ship within one business day of being placed. Next-day (overnight) orders are usually delivered by the end of the following day.

Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.
We believe a great price is part of great service. Our goal is to always have the lowest price available so we can be your one-stop shop. If you find the same item for less we will happily match the price, or if you already bought the item from us, refund you the difference for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We must be able to verify with the original copy of an ad or link to the website. We reserve the right to not match items that are below our cost. Other offers, such as 12 Month No Interest Financing, % discount coupons, etc. cannot be combined with price match.
