IMPORTANT RIDE INFO FOR THE ONGOING
Warrenton Wednesday Road Rides
Routes include:
A shorter 20-miler which is intended to be a slower, mostly no-drop ride
A longer 25-miler which is intended to be a fast, drop ride.
PLEASE BE AWARE of the speeds at which the two groups ride. The “slow”, short ride isn’t necessarily that slow; typical speeds are in the 15-18 mph range but typically fall around 16-17 mph. The fast, long ride is typically in the 20+ mph range. ARE YOU CONFIDENT DOING 15/16+ MPH AND SUSTAINING IT FOR 20 MILES? If so, than this is the ride for you. If not, we are working on an alternative ride, but do not have it completely planned at this time.
Helmets are MANDATORY
Taillights and headlights are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED
